All plant sales are final. We work hard to provide you with vibrant, healthy plants that will thrive. Once you have purchased plants from the greenhouse, they become your plants. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot be held responsible for them once they leave our care. If there is a concern about quality, the plants must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. No refund will be given. We will consult with the customer on a case by case basis. A plant credit or exchange may be issued, or we may offer advice to help resolve the concern.
Products and hard goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. They must be unopened and in original packaging. Just bring the product(s) into the store during our regular business hours and we will happily give you a store credit or refund.
